Conference Operations to provide a friendly, helpful and customer focused service to our internal and external clients. You must have good knowledge of the conference market, and be comfortable with taking a hands on approach, ensuring all suites are ‘set-up’ and maintained to company standards and customer requirements prior to arrival at all times.
Chefs - Do you have a passion for fresh, seasonal and local produce? Do you have the enthusiasm to deliver high quality food in a face paced environment?
Waiters – Do you have an interest for modern food, sales and able to entertain individual diners, couples and families with your personable care and knowledge?
Bartenders – Do you have great knowledge of spirits especially Gins, Whiskeys and Bourbons? Do you love wines, have an interest in craft beers and a flair for cocktails?
Receptionists – Do you like the face-to-face interaction with customers? Do you like trying go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations?
