Conference Operations to provide a friendly, helpful and customer focused service to our internal and external clients. You must have good knowledge of the conference market, and be comfortable with taking a hands on approach, ensuring all suites are ‘set-up’ and maintained to company standards and customer requirements prior to arrival at all times.
Chefs - Do you have a passion for fresh, seasonal and local produce? Do you have the enthusiasm to deliver high quality food in a face paced environment?
Waiters – Do you have an interest for modern food, sales and able to entertain individual diners, couples and families with your personable care and knowledge?
Bartenders – Do you have great knowledge of spirits especially Gins, Whiskeys and Bourbons? Do you love wines, have an interest in craft beers and a flair for cocktails?
Receptionists – Do you like the face-to-face interaction with customers? Do you like trying go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations?
Reception Manager (Maternity cover) - Do you like the face-to-face interaction with customers? Do you like trying go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations?
Reception Supervisor - Do you like the face-to-face interaction with customers? Do you like trying go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations?
Night Auditor - The role of Night Auditor requires you to be responsible for the overnight operations of the Hotel, verifying the accuracy of guest accounts, balancing charges and revenues, in line with the Company’s standards, providing efficient assistance to all guests and set up of the conference rooms for the next day.
Reservationist - In this role, you will be providing excellent customer service, effective reservations management and efficient administration support - assisting the team in achieving their revenue targets.
