I would just like to say thank you very much for how you looked after our team and guests this week. Two of the senior members of the group came to me especially to say that they were very pleased with the hotel and the service and that it went a long way to making a difficult meeting run smoothly. They had a good lunch and a good meal out and overall they could not fault their stay. Please thank you staff for their efforts. With this in mind I hope to be speaking to you again soon.

Just a note about our event yesterday. The service was excellent, both from the staff on reception and the gentleman who kept us supplied with refreshments. I would certainly recommend the Ramada and will ask for your venue when booking any future events. I have also passed on your details to my colleague who deals with internal meetings for the District Manager.

Sophia and I want to thank you and all the kind and helpful folk at The Ramada who made our weekend with you such a special one. The food, service and hospitality was perfect and we both appreciated it all greatly. Coventry is a city that rivals Liverpool and Dublin for its friendly and welcoming spirit and we were pleased to see the Carnival where that spirit was so evident. We wish you all continuing success at what we are convinced is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We will be back!
